Answer:
If the person who hit you doesn’t have insurance, then we have to look to your own insurance. Hopefully, we don’t have to deal with your own insurance because you weren’t the one who caused this crash. It should be the other person’s insurance. However, if they don’t have insurance, I’ll need to see a declaration of your insurance policy to see whether or not we can get any compensation through your own insurance company. Keep in mind, though, if we do that, it won’t raise your premiums.
